I did the elliptical for thirty minutes today! I went 3.2 miles and I did 13 speed intervals of over 7.0mph during my work out. I did 4 of the intervals for thirty seconds and nine of them at one minute. I really got a good sweat going and it felt great. Who cares if I am losing weight slowly as long as I am losing it and feeling better every day.
You have really ramped up your time and intensity. You will see some real results for all your efforts!! Keep up the good work and never,NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
