Today all I had before work was a cup of coffee with creamer in it.
It was doughnut Friday so I had a chocolate frosted cinnamon roll and a glass of water at break this morning.
I had a light microwave meatloaf and mashed potatoes meal for lunch with a string cheese, cutie orange, and pineapple yogurt. The pineapple yogurt was great and so was the meatloaf. The meatloaf made me want to make meatloaf for supper sometime and then I could have the leftovers at lunch.
In the afternoon I finished my 8 cups of water and broke down and had a cookie that was in the break room at break.
You may notice there is no dinner recap here. Friday night dinners and everything from the weekend will be included in the weekend recap on Sunday Night or Monday Morning.
Let me congratulate you on making the decision to lose weight and making a healthier future for youself. It won't be easy as I'm sure you know but perseverance is the key! You have to make it a total lifestyle change and stick with those changes. Are you following any specific diet plan?
